Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for all maintenance and repairs of HVAC and refrigeration units. Knowledge of State and County HVAC Codes necessary for License and Inspection. Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations. Troubleshoots and recommends appropriate interventions for all HVAC units. Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Performs all other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment. Five (5) years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration operations. Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, team members, and management is mandatory. Ability to read, write, speak, understand, or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position. Must be able to handle all types of team member/guest-related situations; relay all team member/guest compliments and complaints to department management. Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time without difficulty. Work areas could have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal and/or bright lighting, and variation of climate control.
