Multiple Part-Time opportunities (2nd Shift Weekday, 1st & 2nd Shift Weekends) Non-Exempt Position Brighton Center, Inc. is a private non-profit community-based organization with the mission to create opportunities for individuals and families to reach self-sufficiency through family support services, education, employment, and leadership. We currently have a Full-Time opportunity for an individual who would like to make a career in a not-for-profit organization. We are looking for an individual to work in an organization that helps its customers become self-sufficient. Position Purpose: Provide direct supervision to residents of Brighton Centers Homeward Bound Shelter. The 24/7 shelter serves abused, neglected, and homeless youth ages 11-17, males and females. RAs actively engage with youth to enhance their progress towards individual goals. RAs play an essential role in supporting youth as they build life skills, participate in school, seek employment, and increase their social-emotional wellbeing. Job Responsibilities: Manage the daily activities of residentsProviding behavior management as neededEnsuring meals are prepared in a timely fashionAssist with 24/7 hour shelter programmingAnswering all hotline calls and providing crisis counseling as necessaryCollaborating with Treatment Team in developing youth service plansAttend monthly employee meetings and training as necessaryServes youth ages 11-1724/7 Emergency Shelter & residential treatment program Job Qualifications:Must be at least 21 years of ageTwo years experience working with at-risk adolescents preferredMust have a High School diploma, some colleges preferredHave a valid drivers license with a good driving record for at least the past 5 yearsResidential experience a plusWhat We Offer: Pay starting at $15 Per HourRetirement PlanPaid VacationAccrued Sick TimeMedical/Dental/Vision BenefitsPaid HolidaysMileage ReimbursementFlexible Schedule Contact Kate Kassis at To apply for this position, please log onto !
