The successful candidate will focus exclusively on digital health, providing legal representation to startups and founder-led companies at all stages, from pre-formation to capital markets. Duties:Provide legal counsel and guidance to digital health startups and founder-led companies on regulatory compliance issues.Advise clients on corporate practice of medicine regulations and compliance.Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to digital health ventures, including licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.Conduct due diligence reviews for digital health transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and funding rounds.Stay updated on developments in healthcare law, digital health regulations, and emerging technologies impacting the healthcare industry.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive legal support to clients in the digital health sector. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the State Bar and eligibility to practice law.3-7 years of experience in healthcare law with a focus on regulatory compliance.Demonstrated interest in technology's role in healthcare and a commitment to leveraging technology to shape the future of healthcare.Experience advising on the corporate practice of medicine regulations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.
