The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sophisticated corporate transactions and possess strong analytical and writing skills. Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience or a desire to work with a sophisticated practice focused on the power and utilities industries. New York Bar membership is required for this role. Duties:Participate in various aspects of capital markets transactions, including securities offerings, public and private financings, and mergers and acquisitions.Conduct legal research and analysis related to capital markets regulations and industry trends.Draft and review transactional documents, including offering memoranda, prospectuses, and agreements.Assist in due diligence reviews and client communications.Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure transactional processes are executed efficiently and accurately. Requirements:Strong academic record with a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New York Bar.1-2 years of experience in sophisticated corporate transactions. Education:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the New York Bar. Skills:Exceptional analytical and writing skills.Knowledge of capital markets regulations and practices.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and accuracy in document drafting and review.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration.
