The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, experience with class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation. Superior writing, research, and analytical skills are required. Duties:Utilize expertise in class action defense, complex commercial litigation, securities, and consumer litigation.Communicate effectively with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties both verbally and in writing.Produce high-quality deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence promptly.Meet deadlines and expectations consistently.Foster positive work relationships within the firm.Adhere to all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, including computer work and virtual meetings.Perform other assigned duties, tasks, or projects. Requirements:3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably gained at an AmLaw 100 firm.Strong academic background from nationally recognized schools.Previous federal clerkship is a plus.Experience with class action defense preferred.Superior writing skills. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications:Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction. Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional research and analytical skills.Ability to navigate and take ownership of a multi-matter docket.
