Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.POSITION SUMMARYOur factory in Jefferson, Wisconsin is in the southern part of the state at the confluence of the Rock and Crawfish rivers. We are one of the largest manufacturers within the area, shipping more than 3,000 truckloads and 400 railcars of product annually, which equates to over 38 million cases of Fancy Feast, Elegant Medley, Friskies, and Pro Plan. Of this mass production, our Jefferson factory donates 1.2 million cans of food per year to support over 40 animal shelters and organizations.As an Information Technology Technician, you will maintain reliability and functionality of in-house computer hardware and software systems. You will handle the coordination of deployment, installation, upgrade, and de-installation of desktop hardware and software. You will resolve of user s issues related to computer hardware and software. You will also provide low-level plant floor systems related support.Install, configure, performance tune, administer and troubleshoot all in-house computer related hardware and softwareComply with company data backup, disaster recovery, software licensing, security, and authorization policiesContribute analytical and technical expertise regarding in-house computer related hardware and plant/business information technologyPromote cost effective, high-performance computer technology that will provide continuous improvement to productivity and efficiencyRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years related information systems/information technology experienceORA 2-year technical degreeThe approximate pay range for this position is $48,000 to $69,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
