Are you an individual who is able to effectively problem-solve? Work independently with minimal supervision? Entrepreneurial spirit , seeking an awesome opportunity with a Senior Services Company that does it all. Caring Transitions of Greater Worcester provides Senior adults and their families with much-needed services such as:Downsizing and sorting through their home.Determining what is a donation and what is an item of value to sell on our online estate auction.Packing and unpacking to resettle a client into a retirement community.The position in out in the field, everyday we are at a new town in Worcester County.We are also always looking for Great Talent with a passion for what we do that could work into a leadership role.Compensation:$20.00-$22.00 per hour to start as a team manager with no industry experience , up to $25.00 or more with industry experience and management bonus, gas card, work tablet. Must have management experience or would like to grow into the position, willingness to take on more to help grow...on the hunt for great talent to help our us grow with Out of The Box ideas!Offering Flexible scheduling, lead to more hours or even full-time for the right candidate. Complete Industry Training Provided.Responsibilities:Sort through a client’s house to determine what’s a donation, what’s of value to be sold, or what is to be trashedSelecting household items to be grouped into lots and photographed for online auction sales, house cleanout.Safely pack/unpack and resettle the client’s household items at the new residenceManaging the team for prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.Ability to manage multiple assignments, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions at the job siteHave stamina and drive and be able to resolve problem situations.Other duties assigned as neededQualifications:Managing a team of 6-12 employees.Managing Vendors, Vendor pricing bids.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Google Pictures app.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Social MediaQuick BooksAbility to interact with co-workers and function well in a team environmentHigh School diploma, 2 years Associate degree preferred.Valid driver’s licenseOpportunities For Growth, We are Always on the Hunt For Great Talent to help run the business.A positive and compassionate attitudePhysical/Environmental Requirements:Due to the nature of the position and the clients we deal with, we are a nonsmoking company.Frequent walking, standing, and/or liftingPaid Industry Training ProvidedAbout Caring Transitions of Greater WorcesterCaring Transitions is a franchise company providing mostly seniors and their families with the most trusted and respected downsizing, right-sizing, estate sales, online auctions, and move management solutions possible.Powered by JazzHR
