Job Summary and Benefits: 🏥 Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing care including observation, assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for critically ill patients in the CVICU. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor patients' vital signs, EKG rhythms, hemodynamics, and manage ventilators and IABP as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and promote wellness.
