Description: Develop, implement and maintain features and interfaces for newly implemented Infor M3 Cloud Suite ERP database application. Successful candidates will be able to analyze and substantiate business needs and take great satisfaction from making an impact within the organization. This position reports to the Director of IT. Key responsibilities Develop and customize solutions using Infor M3 technologies, including M3 APIs, M3 Enterprise Collaborator (MEC), and Infor ION Determine business requirements, develop functional specifications, work closely with the other Applications Developers to design entity relationship diagrams, incorporate efficient user interface design and deploy consistent solutions Develop interfaces and integrations between Infor M3 and other enterprise systems, third-party applications, and external data sources. Maintain and enhance application functionality within and adjacent to a database environment, including external integrated solutions Implement user interface customizations, screen personalizations, and workflow configurations within Infor M3. Provide technical support and direction in business application Ensure the use of common processes, practices and tools consistent with technology standards and company policy and direction Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions, including conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to validate the functionality, performance, and scalability of Infor M3 applications. Deliver application architecture documentation Provide recommendations including definition of functional capabilities, security structure, and the backup/recovery processes Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor of Science in a technology-related field (or equivalent job experience) At least five years of proven experience as an Applications Developer with a focus on Infor M3 development and customization. Experience in estimating, specifying, designing, implementing and deploying database application solutions using project minded methodology Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or RPG, and familiarity with SQL and database concepts. Experience with integration platforms such as Infor ION, Infor Ming.le, or Mulesoft is a plus. Experience with web technologies including Web Services, PHP, CSS is a plus Skills/Abilities Proven ability to deliver high quality service to end users, meeting/exceeding their requirements Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be self-driven, organized, articulate, detail-oriented and comfortable working and contributing within a team structure.
