Follow a daily schedule, insuring timely arrival at each account (a company vehicle will be provided). Inspect and perform pest control treatments for customers using high-quality and environmentally responsible products. Demonstrate excellent communication skills as you interact with customers, office staff, and service managers. Must posses a high level of professionalism and integrity as you provide world-class pest control service in “The Arete Way”. Requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills to provide exceptional customer serviceDemonstrate and practice a high level of integrity and professionalism.Highly motivated and able to work independentlyMaintain a clean and professional appearance at all times (clean shaven face, neatly trimmed hair)Must have a current and valid drivers license with no more than three major violations, three minor moving violations, and/or one at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsMust pass a criminal background check and drug testAble to lift up to 50 lbs Benefits Competitive compensation with structured advancement planPaid trainingPaid for state and government licensingWork/Life balanceAn opportunity to work in a unique culture that values “Lifting and Blessing” others Job_Type Full-time Salary This is a full time position where the average first year Service Professional will make between $32,000-$35,000/year.
