Due to this expansion, there is plenty of opportunity for growth.We offer competitive benefits:· 4% matched 401K· Up to 70% of medical insurance paid by company· Paid time off· Dental/vision/life insurance· Bonus potential The Position We are currently seeking a dispatcher, this position offers the opportunity for one-on-one training on our internal procedures, dispatching software, and daily tasks. If you are someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player, we want to hear from you! Some responsibilities will include: Receiving calls from our customers including hospitals, nursing facilities, and individuals, and scheduling trips. Routing trips and monitoring the trips statuses to ensure on time performance Entering trip data into our dispatching software Communicating with the drivers Plan and schedule for the next day's transport Monitor transport volumes including same day add ons and adjust resources accordingly Run appropriate reports throughout the day and at the end of the day to check for issues and make necessary corrections. Analyze schedules and historical trip data to ensure on time performance and efficient use of resources Qualifications Strong typing and computer skills Professional phone presence Detail oriented, motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a positive attitude, even in high pressure situations. Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills Problem solving skills Works well in high pressure situations Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Night shift Weekends as needed Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: Dispatching: 2 years (Preferred) Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
