Our company is based in Baltimore, MD, but we serve clients nationwide.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns- Respond promptly and professionally to customer emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely delivery of orders- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and proceduresQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Experience in the construction or building materials industry is a plusWhy Work for Us:At Paradise Architectural PANELS & STEEL, we value our employees and believe in providing a positive and supportive work environment.
