Johnson Brunetti is a leading retirement and investment firm with offices in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Georgia. This position is based in our Wethersfield CT office.We are looking for a driven candidate who can grow a sales pipeline by coordinating multiple schedules and filling the calendars of our financial advisors in multiple offices.RESPONSIBILITIES * Ability to fill the Financial Advisors' schedules with qualified appointments that are produced through marketing efforts * Calling, qualifying and scheduling prospects * Consistent follow-up with prospects and clients * Attend and set up seminars and workshops (in the evenings) and book appointments of conclusion of programs * Accurate entry of data into CRM (salesforce) system from prospecting & marketing efforts * Work independently and proactively to meet business & department goalsQUALIFICATIONS * High level of communication and follow-through skills * Strong persuasive phone skills to motivate prospects to set and keep appointments * Previous experience in a relatable appointment scheduling or inside sales role * Strong organizational skills * Strong ability to follow through the entire process of converting prospects to clients * Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth * Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred * Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred * Telephone or inside sales experience is a plus * 4-year college degree * Ability to work some evenings for eventsBENEFITSWe're an equal opportunity employer.
