Primary Assignments: Develop and execute precise production schedules, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency. Organize workload effectively, delegating tasks to ensure adherence to schedule and operational efficiency. Monitor production processes rigorously, ensuring the delivery of high-quality finished products. Prioritize safety on the production floor, promptly addressing and rectifying any unsafe behaviors or conditions. Train and mentor employees, instilling a comprehensive understanding of job duties and safety protocols for personal and collective well-being. Essential Qualifications: Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to fifty pounds comfortably. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and USDA guidelines. Willingness to work in varying temperatures and wear required personal protective equipment.
