Must preferably have LL.B or above (unified enrollment; first-tier universities), overseas background. Should be specialized in banking business, more than two long-term stable clients that are the branches of city-level banks or above are required; for partners engaged in international business, more than three long-term stable clients that belong to Top 500 Companies or large foreign trade enterprises. Experience of IPO and signature of more than two stocks approved by the CSRC is required. Providing full-range legal services worldwide, this firm has over 80 partners and over 300 practicing lawyers and professionals. Over the years, the firm has won numerous awards through hard work and unremitting efforts. Handling complex legal issues in innovative ways, the firm has maintained close relationships with many well-known experts, scholars, lawyers, legislatures, and professional institutions. Founded in 1997, the firm's headquarter is in Shanghai and has offices throughout China and New York City.Additional Skills: The candidate should preferably have JD degree. Excellent team management ability, communication skills and ability to look from a bigger picture are essential.
