Join Our CVOR Team: Registered Nurse Position Open Now We're looking for a Registered Nurse with a passion for cardiovascular care to join our CVOR unit, a critical part of our Main Operating Room. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional patient care in complex cardiovascular surgical procedures. Your Impact: Nursing Excellence: Utilize your specialized knowledge and skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in our state-of-the-art cardiovascular operating rooms. Patient and Family Centered Care: Be part of a model that fosters an ongoing partnership between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring care that is culturally based and age-specific. Team Collaboration: Work alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals known for nationally recognized care in procedures like CABG, valve repairs/replacements, heart transplants, and more. We Value: Professional Development: Whether new to the field or a seasoned RN, we support your growth towards specialized certifications and further education. Experience: While 1 year of CVOR experience is preferred, we welcome nurses driven to advance their skills in a high-acuity, complex environment. Education & Certification: AD and Diploma nurses are encouraged to apply, with the expectation to obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire.
