Waltonen Engineering is actively seeking a Simulation Engineer to join our team! Responsibilities Report to Robotic Simulation Lead Utilize software (Process Simulate) to simulate the movement of robotic systems. Ensure the robotic layout is collision-free, makes rate, and meets customer standards Support Robotic Selection, cycle time optimization, and sequence of operation Train and mentor junior simulation engineers Validate Tooling Offline programming Qualifications 2+ years of experience utilizing Process Simulate, Delmia, or Robcad Microsoft Office Products Experience Willingness to work overtime as needed, with the ability to adapt to fluctuating workloads Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience utilizing Process Simulate Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Vacation and Holiday pay Employer matching 401K Hybrid work schedule after 90 days for eligible positions Tuition Reimbursement Flexible Spending Programs (FSAs) Short-Term & Long-Term Disability insurance Employee Referral Program Additional Voluntary Benefit Programs Off-site company events & Employee Luncheons Who are we?
