Job Summary: Duties π€ Manage NICU department operations in alignment with facility goals and standards. π Ensure patient safety and continuity of care within the NICU clinical practice environment. πΌ Build collaborative working relationships and foster effective communication. π₯ Oversee multiple levels of personnel, payroll, budget, and business plan. π Implement process improvements and department-specific initiatives. Qualifications: π Bachelorβs Degree in Nursing and current Texas RN license. π₯ Minimum 2 years of recent acute care NICU leadership experience. π Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
