Brand Marketing Manager Wanted: Franchise Expertise in Retail Wellness Sector - Washington DC Are you an experienced Brand Marketing Manager with a proven track record in the franchised retail wellness industry? We're seeking a talented professional to join our dynamic team, reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, you'll leverage your B2B and B2C marketing expertise to create engaging campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and our website, while driving lead generation and results. This position is based near Washington DC and requires some travel. Responsibilities: As our Brand Marketing Manager, your duties will include: Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to support the growth of our franchised brand in the retail wellness sectorCreating targeted B2B and B2C marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive lead generationManaging our online presence, including website content, social media platforms, and promotional campaignsAnalyzing market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform future marketing decisionsCollaborating with franchisees to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all locationsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and key stakeholdersReporting directly to the CEO on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROIRequirements: Our ideal candidate will have: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldA minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, with a focus on franchised brands in the retail wellness sectorProven success in developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns across various channelsStrong understanding of digital marketing, including social media management, website promotion, and lead generationExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProximity to Washington DC and willingness to travel occasionally as neededWhat We Offer: Competitive base salary up to $90,000, commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time offOpportunities for professional development and career growth within our expanding companyA supportive, collaborative work environment that values creativity and innovationThe chance to make a real impact on the success of our franchised brand in the retail wellness sectorIf you're a results-driven Brand Marketing Manager with a passion for the retail wellness industry and experience working with franchised brands, we want to hear from you!
