RESPONSIBILITIES: Management of shared agendas (making appointments and monitoring the availability register of conference rooms) Travel arrangements (hotel and transport reservations) Transmission of reports to meeting participants through official project communication tools Purchases and orders office supplies Administrative tasks of the team (note taking, mail entry, filing and archiving) Expense report management Implement methods and tools that correspond to its activities. DESIRED PROFILE: Degree in administration or other relevant field Administrative experience in a technical field Knowledge of document management Knowledge of office tools (word processing, spreadsheet, Power Point.) Other skills Common sense Good coordination and communication Rigorous and organized.
