The Suites at Waskesiu904 Waskesiu Drive, Waskesiu Lake, SK S0J 2Y0 Hiring a FRONT DESK CLERK Duties & Responsibilities: • Register arriving guests and assign rooms• Process group arrivals and departures• Take, cancel and change room reservations• Provide information on hotel facilities and services• Provide general information about points of interest in the area• Investigate and resolve complaints and claims• Exchange foreign currency• Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms• Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments• Follow emergency and safety procedures• Clerical duties (i. e. faxing, filing, photocopying)• Assist clients/guests with special needs• Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties• Provide customer service• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages• Handle wake-up calls Requirement and Skills: • Completion of secondary education • Education in Tourism /Hospitality is an asset• Minimum 1 year of related experience Position Information: • 1 position available; Full time – Permanent; 40 Hours per week• NOC: 64314• Wage: $15-17 per hour• Work location: 904 Waskesiu Drive, Waskesiu Lake, SK S0J 2Y0, willing to relocate• Language: English• Start Date: As soon as possible How to Apply: Send your cover letter and resume to: xyz X@ We thank all applicants, however, only those applicants selected for an interview will be contacted.
