Transformational Leadership You'll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impedimentsYou'll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed wayAs part of the Developer Experiences & Cloud Platforms team, you will:Lead product strategy for a portfolio of developer platforms & experiences, leveraging deep expertise of software development & cloud application architecture to deliver world-class platforms enabling developer innovation and productivityBuild & lead a high performing team of product managers who will continually raise the bar on great customer outcomes, product strategy, roadmap development, design, documentation, testing, and monitoringFoster collaboration across multiple technical organizations including engineering, systems architecture, risk, and business to ensure alignment, consolidation, integration, and adoption of enterprise platforms.Develop technical standards, best practices, and governance processes that ensure consistency, scalability, usability, self-service, and reliability of platforms.Protect customer experiences and customer data with a rigorous focus on platform governance, technical standards, reliability, resiliency, and cyber security.Establish and monitor technical and business performance indicators to track the success and impact of enterprise platforms, proactively addressing issues and driving continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's DegreeAt least 8 years of experience in digital product management Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or EngineeringMBA or Master's degree5+ years of experience in Agile product management5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital productsCapital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position.The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.New York City (Hybrid On-Site): $272,600 - $311,200 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementSan Francisco, California (Hybrid On-Site): $288,800 - $329,600 for Sr. Dir, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
