Responsibilities involve overseeing our operations team and collaborating with ownership and agent leadership to continuously enhance our service for clients and agents. As a pivotal member of our management cadre, you will take on a proactive leadership role, driving enhancements in operational processes. Your passion for devising and implementing systems that enhance client satisfaction and streamline operations is pivotal for your triumph. Your expertise in project management will be instrumental in maintaining our office at an exemplary standard as we grow our team. Reporting directly to the CEO/Owner, you will be actively engaged in weekly planning sessions, outlining quarterly and annual objectives. We are poised to elevate our operations and are seeking the perfect collaborator to join us on this journey. Responsibilities:• Recruit, train, lead, motivate, and collaborate daily with the Administrative & Operations Staff and Virtual Assistants in Lake Mary, FL, US• Oversee, manage, and enhance KPIs and various performance metrics effectively• Drive revenue growth and optimize profit margins in the Lake Mary, FL, US area• Implement streamlined processes to improve scalability and efficiency• Take the lead on introducing new initiatives and overseeing their implementation• Ensure strict adherence to systems, processes, and workflows in Lake Mary, FL, US• Provide support and training to realtors when necessary in Lake Mary, FL, US• Assist with contracts for transaction coordinators or other real estate team members in Lake Mary, FL, US• Supervise administrative assistants and manage daily operations to ensure compliance with procedures in Lake Mary, FL, US• Develop new workflows and enhance systems to maximize effectiveness and efficiency specifically in Lake Mary, FL, US Qualifications:• Seeking a dynamic leader adept at empowering teams and driving innovation• Proficient in effective communication, problem-solving, and time management• Skilled in utilizing G Suite and similar platforms• Demonstrating a minimum of 5 years of experience in office management, real estate, or related fields• Possessing a valid Real Estate License• Comfortable in an Integrator role supporting a visionary leader• Capable of translating vision into high-quality execution• Experienced in leading real estate teams or operations Compensation: $75,000 + About Company: The Strata Group is a forward-thinking real estate team motivated by results and inspired by its people.
