Job #24-23Position: Director of Occupational HealthExciting opportunity where you?ll spearhead the creation and management of an innovative occupational health clinic, driving clinical excellence, staff development, and collaborative partnerships across various departments.Location: Cambridge, MAStatus: Full-timeType: University - World class institutionSalary: Amazing salary and benefits Duties:Design and implementation of a comprehensive health service programDevelop and implement clinical guidelines, policies, procedures and protocolsHire, manage, and mentor clinical and administrative staffLead on-going quality assessment and improvement of clinical programsDevelop and implement medical surveillance programs for pre-employment and periodic health maintenanceSet priorities for appropriate and efficient management of patient careCollaborate with workers comp, human resources, EHS and others Requirements:Proven leadership in an occupational health role requiredMasters degree in nursing or a related fieldSelf-directed with strong collaboration and negotiation skillsExpert analytical and communication skillsStrong management skills required
