Requirements: 3+ years of experience working in a construction management capacity on 20M+ dollar projects for a General Contractor. High school diploma or GED equivalent Must be fully vaccinated Proficiency in PlanGrid, Procore, and Sage 300 Timberline Organized, with great attention to detail Well versed in Excel and all MS Office Programs Strong and proactive communication (written, phone, and in person) Ability to work well with colleagues, subcontractors, vendors, architects, designers, and the community Salary & Benefits: Salary Range: $75,000 95,000 commensurate with experience 100% COVID-19 vaccinated project management team Free medical, dental, and vision insurance for the employee. 75% cost sharing for family coverage including a domestic partner Tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, 401k matching, and 529 college savings plans 20 days of PTO/year, flexible hybrid remote working arrangements, the latest technology and tools to do your best work Opportunity to make an impact on a diverse team with decades of professional experience
