Partner with the best The Global Banking Leader will support in establishing a banking strategy to meet company-wide requirements, manage relationships with financial institutions, provision credit facilities , drive continuous improvement in service levels from financial institutions and enable automation in the cash cycle of company by leveraging treasury payments & bank reporting platform. Additional responsibilities will include setup and controlled management of company bank accounts for supporting the cash cycle of the company.As the Global Banking Leader will have the following responsibilities for the overall Baker Hughes company: Establishing a banking strategy to meet companywide banking requirements Managing relationships with Banks & Financial institutions for the provision of all banking services for the company. Leading setup & management of all credit facilities including the Revolving Credit Facility (RCF) for the company. Obtaining regular feedback from key corporate functions such as Enterprise excellence for Buy to Pay, Invoice to Cash on service levels provided by various financial institutions and drive continuous improvement & automation. Monitoring share of wallet and credit support provided by financial instructions and drive decisions to rebalance the wallet as needed. Establishing and roll-out a banking Delegation of Authority (DoA) to centrally manage banking activities and strengthen controls over company's bank accounts. Partnering across key corporate functions such as Enterprise excellence for Buy to Pay, Invoice to Cash and Digital Technology to establish opportunities and sponsorship for improvements in the overall cash cycle of the company. Leading the migration of banking connectivity to TMS and ERPs from non-preferred banks to preferred banks to support effective management of share of wallet across banks. Driving the adoption of enterprise-wide Treasury systems for payments & bank reporting across buy to pay, invoice to cash, HR operations processes globally. Supervising the banking operations teams processes and monitor Key Performance indicators (KPI's) and Key risk indicators (KRI's) to Open & Close of bank accounts across 100+ countries Provision of banking services to enable payments & collections. Administer electronic banking platforms and provide user access. Partnering with other Treasury teams to delivery of Treasury function support to business development initiatives and projects, ensuring timely execution of all Banking actions Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Master of Business Administration with focus on Finance is preferred or equivalent knowledge & experience from an accredited university or college. Proven years of experience in a large and complex MNC Corporate Treasury function as well as other finance areas. Excellent communication skills in various forms, including verbal, written and presentational. Experience of interacting with senior stakeholders, the post holder will need to relate to senior business and finance leaders and senior financial institution personnel. Managing relationships; able to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels both internal and external. Resilience, there are many pressures within the role which are related to both time and the need to make appropriate decisions within a dynamic environment. Working experience at a financial institution is desired.
