They are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join their team. You will provide technical support on-site in London and occasionally travel within the UK and Europe. Troubleshoot, solve technical issues, and maintain AV systems. Responsibilities: Deliver on-site technical AV support for clients and assist remotely via email, phone, and VC. Ensure adherence to clients service level agreements, meeting response times. Research and develop expertise in AV and VC software/hardware like Crestron, Q-SYS, Logitech, Shure, Poly, etc. Conduct ad hoc end-user training to ensure correct system usage. Update commissioning documentation and maintain accurate work records. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance service visits and document findings. Collaborate with internal teams to drive process improvements and maximise client accounts. Provide assistance and advice on AV matters, following best practices. Utilise business systems diligently, such as Microsoft Dynamics and Teams. Liaise with commissioning, delivery, and logistics teams for smooth operations. Train and mentor junior AV engineers. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role Knowledge of AV and VC software and hardware. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving AV technical issues. Effective communication and coordination skills. Prior experience in training and mentoring junior engineers is desirable. Benefits: Overtime pay scheme available.
