Job: Maintenance Electrician Location: Bradford Salary: GBP34,123 Are you a qualified Maintenance Electrician with commercial experience? Are you a hands: on problem solver, looking for an exciting opportunity working in a fast paced distribution site? Are you looking for a company to offer up skilling and training? My client is a facilities management organisation, who are seeking an experienced, time served Electrician who has experience working within commercial environments, carrying out all areas of maintenance and minor remedial tasks within an existing Facilities Management contract, this is a full time and permanent opportunity working on a static site in Bradford with great links to the motorway network, and on: site parking. Package includes: Shift Allowance Overtime available Annual leave + Bank holidays Generous pension scheme Training and development courses Main duties will include: Shift work: Monday to Friday (Week 1: 6am:2pm, Week 2: 2pm:10pm) On call 1 in 4 Responding to and complete the planned, reactive and repair work orders Carrying out all aspects of Electrical Maintenance tasks, with the ability to turn your hands to other tasks as required Using your own initiative to evaluate performance and ensure that equipment is serviced and maintained Comply with health and safety policies/legislation Providing a good level of customer service to peers and contract holders The ideal candidate must have the following: 18th edition qualified Must hold a City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installations or equivalent Full clean, UK driving licence Experience working within FM or the building maintenance industry Ability to work independently and unsupervised Please apply with an up to date CV.
