Responsibility Contribute to the development of the Trusts HR strategies, policies and procedures Lead and manage operational HR activities, including: Employee relations Performance management Recruitment, selection and retention Payroll and HR administration Training and development Provide support in key areas such as: Assisting with the continuous improvement of policies and procedures The annual appraisal and pay review process at designed schools Identify, develop and deliver training / briefing sessions for managers on relevant HR processes, Provide a timely and effective recruitment and selection service, including advice on Safer Recruitment Monitor and reduce costs through the use of innovative recruitment and attraction strategies.
