Shift Maintenance Engineers x3 Bletchley, Milton Keynes GBP52,361 including shift premium + generous benefits package + overtime Our Bletchley based client is recognized as one of the UKs market leaders in the area of automated materials handling solutions, and as a result of continued success and an ongoing programmer of strategic growth, are now looking to recruit an experienced team of multi discipline Shift Maintenance Engineers x3 to complement their established and successful existing team at a prestigious new flagship automated warehouse and distribution centre. Tasked with undertaking all aspects of both PPM and reactive breakdown and repair activities on a range of automated systems and materials handling equipment within a busy distribution centre environment, the site operates on a 24/7 basis (12 hr shifts : 4 on 4 off : 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am) and the maintenance team are responsible for ensuring that the terms of the support agreement are achieved, with successful candidates working within a healthy H and S culture and responsible for maintaining not only a range of special purpose equipment, but also the great relationship with the customers management team by working closely with the Maintenance Team Leader and Manager to drive system/operational improvements and develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, initiating actions to eliminate poor processes and quality system non: conformities where identified on an ongoing basis. The Maintenance Engineers x3 roles involve both PPM and reactive repairs to ensure optimum systems availability at all times, with all tasks being performed with H and S as the primary consideration, and the successful engineers will be multi skilled and technically competent with a sound understanding of Siemens S7 PLC fault diagnosis and repair skills as well as demonstrating excellent communication skills at all levels to ensure excellent relationships between the customer and fellow members of the.
