Instant Teams is hiring a motivated Inside Sales Agent to assist on a new and growing team! The ideal candidate will have prior B2B sales experience, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new business opportunities, and ultimately closing sales. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $20/hour + commission Benefits: 2024 Employee Benefits Schedule: 11am - 7pm EST | Monday - Friday Job Responsibilities: Make a minimum number of outbound calls per day to prospective B2B clients. Connect quickly with gatekeepers and navigate to conversations with targeted individuals. Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and target markets. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through ongoing communication and follow-up. Utilize various sales techniques to pitch products/services and overcome objections effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets. Provide accurate and timely updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Training: 11am - 7pm EST | Monday - Friday Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
