We are looking for a talented, professional sales agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the client's point of contact, and ensure they have an unparalleled experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined, and hungry to learn. Prior real estate sales experience is not required. Responsibilities: • Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• Reliable, clean, safe automobile transportation Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 yearly About Company: At the Mitten HomeTeam our mission is -- Enriching Lives Through Home Ownership.
