YOUR OPPORTUNITY The Director of Outlets will be accountable for leading, coaching, engaging, and mentoring direct reports to grow team capability and build the talent pipelines to support the business needs, guide and inspire the store network to reach the highest level of customer experience with passion & innovation.You will be responsible for leading all outlet locations by communicating the brand vision and Drive the Outlet Strategy development and deployment in the assigned region. You will report to the Senior Director of Operations & outlets to maximize and develop opportunities to benefit the Brand by achieving the highest results.The core responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: Develop and implement standards and procedures that enable optimal performance and efficiency within Zegna's 5 Outlet locations. Execute and maintain a proactive business plan focused on sales by constantly monitoring sales targets, address issues (stock, staffing, merchandising, pricing etc.) and making adjustments to ensure the region/market achieves the annual sales goals. Manage performance review and development programs. Address performance issues and create development plans to build talent and succession pipelines. Actively support and coach outlet and retail operations managers to achieve their business goals and develop a cadre of future retail leaders for the organization. Develop extensive product knowledge across the organization as a key lever for driving the overall business. Support product training initiatives by ensuring teams are ready and available to participate in sessions. Regularly keep teams updated on sales performance & challenges. Identify opportunities to improve performance: Gather and analyze data to identify the strengths and weaknesses of Outlet doors. Develop solutions with Managers to address vulnerable areas and create strategies to optimize the workflow and the performance of the store teams. Develop strategies in partnership with Senior Director to raise performance in all stores and return under-performing locations to profit targets. Achieve target KPI's including Cross Selling, UPT, conversion rate, sales, and profit targets. Budget & plan the resources to support the business development plan such as manpower planning & store expenses. WHO YOU ARE: Minimum 4-5 years prior experience in management; overseeing multiple locations. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Able to successfully lead people and processes, inspiring change within a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills Superior attention to detail with excellent organizational skillset Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong supervisory and leadership skills. Team Player. Knowledge of and experience with varied retail systems. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze information, identify business priorities, and problem solve. Experienced with technology to utilize internal retail systems and shipping software programs. Travel required (40%) The hiring range for this position ranges from $145,000-$150,000 annually. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
