Pay Rate $20.74 - $24.07 per hour First Shift Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm This role will begin as a temporary assignment with the potential for full time hire after 90 days. RESPONSIBILITIES: Make sure to finish all products on time. Perform mechanical assembly of PBS disposable products and sub-assembled products following the company procedures as well as the guidance of the Engineering team. Test assembly product and sub-assembly. Communicate manufacturing problems or ideas for operation efficiency improvement with management. Keep accurate records of product produced and finish appropriate paperwork of operations related to manufacturing. Learn all PBS assembly products and procedures. Flexible to any change as need it. Knowledge/ Experience: Small Assembly Experience (not necessarily in clean rooms) minimum two years Detail Oriented Motivated Responsible Assembly and paperwork experience Soldering Skills/ Abilities Pertinent to, This Position: Work well with all operators and knowledge of work orders and procedures procedure. Must be able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate with employees and/or vendors; manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects, and operating manufacturing equipment.
