Responsibilities: • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget• Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties• Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed• Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Compensation: 61000 About Company: About Us: Heartland Title is a full-service real estate title, settlement, and escrow company, serving clients throughout Florida with offices in Sebring and Jacksonville, Florida.
