Read on to learn more!The Senior Compensation Analyst is a member of the Total Rewards team, reporting to the Director of Total Rewards. They are responsible for implementing and administering the compensation program. They will lead in strategic development of innovative, competitive, cost-effective compensation and reward programs to attract, retain, reward, and motivate top regional talent. They will be an enterprise resource to the business regarding compensation evaluations and equity analysis, job leveling and range placement, classifications, promotions, job changes, FLSA classifications, job evaluations and policy or eligibility interpretations.What We Offer: * An opportunity to work for a company that is 100% employee-owned. This facility reflects our continuous evolution in supporting our valued employee owners. * Activities including department outings, holiday parties, and our annual company-wide Thanksgiving DinnerWhat You'll Be Doing: * Design and implement compensation strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. * Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation practices. * Lead the development and maintenance of salary structures, incentive programs, and other compensation frameworks. * Provide expert guidance and consultation to HR business partners, senior management, and other stakeholders on compensation-related matters. * Analyze and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of existing compensation programs and recommend improvements. * Lead the annual compensation review process, including budgeting, merit increases, and bonus allocations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between compensation practices and talent management initiatives. * Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. * Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation matters during internal audits, external benchmarking, and compensation surveys. * Consistently demonstrate company values and expected behaviors. * Other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experiences in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of compensation experience which must include experience with compensation studies and market pricing techniques and strategies. * Experience utilizing compensation survey systems and integration with HRIS systems, matching jobs to benchmark roles within systems. * Experience leading compensation planning cycle processes. * Knowledge with Compensation Modules (WORKDAY) preferred. * Project management skills and experience preferred. * Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, or similar, preferred. * Solutions oriented with a strong ability to partner with the business to deliver client focused results and practical solutions. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Experience maintaining a high degree of discretion and sensitivity to highly confidential information.About UsWe're known in our industry for making the best commercial food equipment in the world.
