At The Hatch Group, we treat our employees like family. Want to join us ! Overview: This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as an Office Assistant for the season. We are looking for coverage during the week with a rotating Saturday schedule. Office opens at 7AM during the week until 5PM and then Saturdays from 7AM to 4PM. What you’ll do: Answering incoming phone calls Assisting customers with purchases and closing out receipts and invoices Balancing cash registers Responding to customer inquiries via email Greet incoming customers and answer questions Cross sell materials and educate customers on different materials You’ll be a great fit if you have: Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines Excellent communication skills General computer skills Attention to detail Ability to maintain professionalism with a positive attitude Hours: Thursday 7:00am - 3:00pm, Friday 7:00am - 3:00 pm, Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience, $17-$24/ hour U.S. Equal Opportunity Employment Information: Individuals seeking employment are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
