Job Title: Lab Analyst Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Lab Analyst to join our team. As a Lab Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses to support research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and possess excellent analytical skills. Responsibilities: Perform laboratory tests and analyses according to established procedures and protocols. Prepare and maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, observations, and results. Assist in the development and validation of laboratory methods and procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support research projects and initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and laboratory protocols at all times. Maintain laboratory equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and perform routine maintenance as needed. Contribute to the development of new products, processes, and technologies through experimentation and data analysis. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is advantageous. Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and procedures. Proficiency in data analysis software and computer applications. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
