The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in high-net-worth wealth planning, exceptional communication skills, and expertise in estate and gift tax strategies and laws.Duties:Provide legal counsel to high-net-worth individuals on wealth planning matters.Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.Conduct legal research on tax laws, regulations, and case law related to estate planning.Collaborate with clients and other professionals, such as financial advisors and accountants, to develop comprehensive wealth planning strategies.Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations relevant to estate planning.Requirements:4-6 years of experience in high-net-worth wealth planning.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Outstanding academic credentials.Experience managing projects and client contacts.Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax strategies and laws.Law firm or accounting firm experience in estate planning is preferred.Currently enrolled in or completed a related LL.M. program preferred.Juris doctorate from an accredited law school.Admitted to and in good standing with the New York or Maryland Bar.Education:Juris doctorate from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to and in good standing with the New York or Maryland Bar.Skills:Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Strong knowledge of estate and gift tax strategies and laws.Ability to manage projects and client contacts effectively.Legal research and analytical skills.Collaborative and client-focused approach.Attention to detail and accuracy.
