The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to the firm's private equity finance practice. Below are the job details:Job Overview:Position: Mid-Level Private Equity Finance Associate AttorneyLocation: Los Angeles, CAFirm: Established law firm specializing in finance and corporate lawDuties:Provide legal advice and support on private equity finance mattersDraft and negotiate financing agreements, including credit agreements, security agreements, and inter-creditor agreementsConduct due diligence and risk assessment for financing transactionsCollaborate with clients and senior attorneys to develop and execute financing strategiesHandle documentation and closing processes for financing transactionsRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experienceExperience in borrower-side representation, preferably working with private equity sponsorsStrong preference for candidates with experience in general company-side representationJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocityEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocitySkills:Excellent legal research and writing skillsStrong negotiation and communication abilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyTeam player with a collaborative attitude and proactive approach As one of the world's most well-known law firms, they continue to provide all aspects of law to their clients.
