Packaging Supervisor requires:&* 5:30am-6:30pm&* Must have steel toed safety shoes &* Experience with cGMP environment&* Experience working in device manufacturing or packaging environment.&* Good technical writing and editing skills.&* Previous Leadership experience&* Organizational and motivational skillsPackaging Supervisor duties:&* Ensures staffing and training for operators working on the packaging line. Ensures the team is adhering to policies and procedures.&* Communicate with the Area Management on quality, equipment, and operational issues.&* Act as both administrator and technical leader for operations, setting a good example through demonstrated knowledge of procedures, compliance with quality systems and use of proper technique. Able to fill in when operator staffing requires it.&* Represent the shift operations at huddles and provide feedback to the floor on updates from said huddles.&* Supervise temporary employees for several contracting agencies.&* Handle escalation within the team.
