What You Will Do Help facilitate Schematic Design process by collaborating with the design team to create 3D models and rendering studies Assist with development of the Core Design Standards Manual Participate in internal design project reviews and coordination meetings Assist with building and organizing the material library Gain exposure to the real estate development industry and learn how a project moves from concept to completion Occasional travel may be necessary as needed Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by management Must be able to complete all physical requirements of this role with or without a reasonable accommodation Ideally, you'll have Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work on multiple deadlines at once Be enrolled in an accredited program to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture Software Program expertise in ACAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite You'll crush it if you have experience with Prior internship experience Enscape and/or Sketchup Graphic Design & Branding Organizational Structure Reports to: Design Captain Direct Reports: N/ADisclaimer: Please note that job responsibilities, reporting lines, and duties outlined in this job description are subject to change to meet the evolving needs of the organization.As an Equal Opportunity Employer, Core Spaces celebrates diversity and is committed to creating an equitable and inclusive environment, which creates a sense of belonging for all employees.
