Alkermes is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager in a key role in the effective management, enhancement, and optimization of our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Reporting to the Director of HRIS, this role is responsible for managing 3rd party vendor support, ensuring data accuracy, leveraging technology to support HR initiatives, and driving data-driven decision-making. The individual must have great interpersonal and collaboration skills to lead various global cross-functional projects. Candidate must also have strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment.This position will report to Director, HRIS and located on a hybrid schedule in Waltham 3/days a week.
