The General Liability Associate Attorney will handle local and national accounts throughout California, independently managing a litigation caseload. They will conduct depositions, prepare witnesses for deposition and trial, review discovery requests, and prepare court filings. The ideal candidate will have experience in product liability, transportation, aviation, or premises liability practice areas.
