As a member of our team, you would be responsible for protecting the client and securing the assigned property by monitor the facility and automated machines. The candidate will be observant and have strong verbal and written communication skills. This individual should be detail oriented and have the ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations while exhibiting patience. Requirements: Patrol property Monitor incoming packages Monitor Cameras from a guard shack Alarm Response Enforce property quiet hours Responsible and dependable team player who doesn’t want a desk job. Have outstanding “people skills” respond to tenant complaints manage amenities Willing to work hard to create great opportunities for yourself.
