We are looking for a Residential Painter to revamp home rental properties. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm. Pay is $20/hr. Once hired on by the client, they offer 100% paid insurance, lots of perks, such as food and gifts. Residential Painter Duties and Responsibilities? Covering trim, floors, furniture, and other surfaces with masking tape & drop clothes? Properly ventilating homes? Scrape walls or use sandpaper to remove old paint? Prepare surfaces to be painted by washing, filling holes & cracks with putty and sanding? Apply primer & other sealers? Mix and match paint, stain, and other finishes Residential Painter Requirements and Qualifications? Minimum 2 years of experience? Possess valid driver?s license and decent driving record?
