Practice Area: Litigation - Securities Litigation - Defense,Litigation - Commercial, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, Job Overview: A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a talented Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in complex commercial and securities litigation.Duties:Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents.Assist with depositions, hearings, and trials.Manage and review discovery materials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams.Analyze and assess legal risks and provide strategic advice to clients.Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.3-5 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and securities litigation.Strong understanding of federal and state civil procedure rules.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Exceptional written and oral communication skills.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.Skills:Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.Negotiation and mediation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software applications.
