NORTH TULSA FABRICATION WELD SHOP LOOKING FOR STRUCTURAL AND CODE WELDERS3-5 YEARS FLUXCORE AND STICK PROCESSES ARE USED/ MIG PULSE WELDING: 3 G STICK WELD TEST FCAW AND 7018 SMAW UPHILL AND DOWNHILL TESTS. X-RAY QUALITY THIS IS ALL ASME CODE WELDING. MUST BE ABLE TO SET UP WELDING MACHINE AND WELDING GUNS: ASSEMBLE AND DISASSEMBLE WELDING TIPS AND IT LINER, WIRE FEED AND VOLTAGE, USING GAS-SHIELDED ARC WELDING EQUIPMENT. STRUCTURAL FITTERS MUST BE ABLE TO LAY-OUT. CLAMP AND TACK WELD PARTS. OPERATE CUTTING TORCH, PLASMA TORCH, SMALL SAW MACHINE AND IRON MACHINE. PERFORM 100% FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTIONS. MEASUER PART OF HOLE DIMENSIONS OR SIZES, SQUARE, FLATNESS AND OTHER DRAWING INSTRUCTIONS.100% COMPANY PAID HEALTH/DENTAL INSURANCE FOR EMPLOYEE AND THEIR FAMILY.
