Community Medical and Dental Care Inc. is a Healthcare company dedicated to excellent patient care. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Software Clerk to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our software development and implementation processes. Responsibilities: Assist software developers with various administrative tasks, including: Maintaining software documentation and user manuals. Be the Superuser and train other staff members to use new software. Tracking software development progress and bug fixes. Processing software license requests and renewals. Provide technical support to internal users by: Troubleshooting basic software installation and functionality issues. Logging and routing complex technical issues to appropriate IT personnel. Maintaining a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions. Assist with software inventory management by: Tracking software licenses and ensuring compliance. Processing software order requests and returns. Maintaining accurate records of software assets. Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager or Software Development Team Lead. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree in computer science or a related field preferred. Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or technical support role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
