Remote Procurement Supplier Analyst requires:&* Remote in Chicago, IL&* Excellent customer service and relationship building skills. &* Compliance Federal, and State policies and regulations. &* Supply&* ProcurementRemote Procurement Supplier Analyst duties:&* Conducts due diligence on records for new and existing suppliers to ensure compliance with federal regulations and policies &* Ensures government compliance forms are completed including W9 and W8 forms for new suppliers to ensure accuracy of 1099 and 1042S reporting &* Acts as a conduit between campus stakeholders, central offices, and suppliers to update and complete records &* Responds to supplier inquiries related to supplier record &* Manages relationships with suppliers as required and appropriate &* Verifies vendor change requests and updates in necessary systems in accordance with maintenance procedures &* Conducts periodic audit of vendor database &* Other duties as assigned
